To ensure a smooth and secure experience, all working media must request credentials in advance.

Media Guidelines

  • Credentials are for working media only.

  • All approved media must visibly display credentials while on festival grounds.

  • Credentials allow access to designated press zones and select vendor areas.

  • No access is granted to guests, family members, or non-working personnel.

  • BBQ Fest reserves the right to verify any media outlet before approval.

NOTE: Once approved via email, please pick up your official BBQ Fest Media Credentials at the Visit Kinston Information Tent.
